<p>Diagnosed CPN 27 april 2010. January 2009 pneumonia, after two weeks pain in breast somewhere, placed in hospital for eventually heart failure showing nothing. I knew pain had something to do with the pneumoniea. Tried to find information on the web. First time I looked into your page. From that time and reading documents from one of the best doctors in Europe diagnosing and treating Clamydophila pneumoniea when it still "young" but anyway allready making problem in the lunges.

Thank you Rica! Very kind of you to answer so quickley!I prefeer speaking English with Swedish accent but I will do my best now practicing writing in English! I hope it will better when time passing. Shall I always write "my medication" in the buttom or can I have it placed some where else when writing in the forum?I understand focus on this homepage is on treating bad health depending on cpn and it should be! Anyway my interest in this very respectful combatant I hope can give me more knowledge about it here and of course kill them in best way. I also hope that some of my thinkings and knowledge about the situation up in the Nordic be interesting for you.I do not like medicine, so I go my own way, but in this case I need to "eat" it! I also take every day one tablet Lactobacillus plantarum 299v including 10 miljard bakteeries and six tablets koncentrated omega 3 and vitamine D, which totally will included 3300 mg fishoil (triglycerids) and totally 15 microgram vitamine D3 kolekalciferol. Shall I add more D3?I will add more nutrients by the time!I nearly do not use salt but the level of Na, Ca and K are nearly ok the last hair mineral analysis showed. I have little, little pressure over the breast/throught since a weak. Can it be a good idea to take some suppliment of Ion, I, 53 helping the tyhroid?Anders SkogbergStarting Wheldon protocol 2012-01-09. AndersIf you look on the left, you will find your "user name", and a column of items that apply to you. One of these is "my account". At the bottom of that you will find "signature", and you can post something similar to what you posted today, and that will appear at the bottom of your replies. You will also find that those of us who are not competent, don't give medical advice, but instead only convey our own experiences. Keep reading - the Getting Started and the Patient Stories and some blogs are very useful: it goes without saying that the comments always give a good feel about the then-current topics.. Having said that, our Vit D is listed in units, I believe, not mcg. My level has been checked by blood several times, and stays in the high 80s.Rica

Anders, Read the 'Getting Started' section (see buttons at the top of the page). It will give you a basic outline of the protocols. You can look up the generic/brand names of the medicines on a search engine. Most of the medicine we take is generic now, so it is inexpensive.Basically, the protocol is 200mg of doxycycline daily, 250mg of azithromycin each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, both taken continuously. These will keep the bug from growing. Then, five days out of every month, you add in metronidazole or tinidazole, which kill off the bug.The best - and easiest - thing you can do for yourself, though, is getting your Vitamin D level up.

Hi Rica / Mac and welcome Anders...Anders, 1mcg vit d3 = 40IU so I believe you are getting 600IU in your supplement. This is a pretty low level amount... http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_convert_vitamin_d_iu_to_mg

Welcome AndersAs always, I am
Welcome AndersAs always, I am amazed at the English of non-natives!You are fortunate to be catching this early, thereby probably averting the hell that you may have had to go through if you had not. How is your Vit D level? Many of us take 5000 to 10000 iu a day of D3. I take 9000. That in itself is a great part of the battle, as are NAC, magnesium, selenium, and so many of the others on the supplement list. It is helpful if you "do a signature" at the bottom of your blog. We have some medical people here who know what they are doing and some very knowledgeable patients who have been far down the road that you will avoid.Rica
