Okay, now that we've had a little work-in time:
Any remaining problems? Please put ONLY problems here, no appreciations or extraneous comments, as I have to get these in a list for the developer.
Some notes:

Jim, take a look at this thread http://www.cpnhelp.org/node/4687
I asked Bonnie to add her signature as a comment following her initial blog and she did and it corrected itself to the initial blog as well which had not previously had a signature beyond her name, Bonnie.
So do please check on that setting on the signature set up.

Louise- I see what you mean. Actually, turns out that is not a selection in the settings. I've emailed the module developer to see if there is a way to not have the signatures be "dynamical" ie change in all posts when changed by current signature. If not, we'd have to choose between having signatures automatically in blogs, or not. Back to the drawing board!

I rather like the non-dynamical signature, I find it helpful to see where someone was in their protocol when reading old posts.
Choices, choices so many choices .

I hate to add another thing, but my comment box won't do paragraphs. Maybe I missed something but this is, after all, the last call.

Cannot reply to Alvaro's blog posting. I can view it by there is no reply link displayed on it. I don't know whether or not this is something that one can normally do when posting a blog.
I've sent him a PM to ask about and explain NAC but he seems to believe it isn't necessary. If the reply to link was present, we could collectively provide or hand him the information that provides otherwise. He said that someone told him it wasn't necessary and I told him that it's only unnecessary if you replace it with something else which serves the same purpose.
Here is a link to his post...

I just saw that Alvaro posted another blog entry and once again, no reply can be made to it. He commented that someone contacted him to tell him that NAC, or another agent serving the same purpose, was necessary. I am the one who contacted him to tell him that because I could not reply to his blog on it.
Without NAC or another anti-EB agent, you are at risk of reinfection. The bacteriostatic agents will not be as effective and will take longer, possibly too long without getting rid of the EBs. That's my understanding anyway and if it isn't correct, please correct me on it.

Jim, Can it be made to list members by join date, and/or alphabetically? (Or maybe it does and I'm not doing it properly?)

I have no idea why his blog post has no comment box. Anyone else having this problem? I think it's about time for another web site upgrade and have a new developer who may be able to help us improve things. Right now I'm engaged in other projects and haven't had much time to do more than check in here from time to time.
Alvaro- on the off-chance that it's the theme you are using, go to your account, edit and scroll down until you get to the theme selections. Choose the one called "Fancy" which is the default theme, and then post a blog again and see if it has the comment box. If not, there's something screwy in your account settings and I'll need an expert to sort it out!

I think there may be something unusual about the Choice called Garland - Fluid Width and it is one of the blue choices. There are three blue choices I have been using the last one on the page Bluemarine and that one is working fine for me. Louise

A nice feature: edit thread topics. For search purposes it would be nice if the initiator of a forum topic (not sure if this feature is available for a Blog) could change the title. For example, one of my threads initially focused on one symptom, but with additional postings came to include a second symptom.
Editing thread/blog topics may help we foggy-brained readers hone in on topics of interest.
Thank you.

Jim, Is there some way to stop the system from defaulting and assigning 'today's date' as starting CAP for new members? (That sounds kind of muddled. Let me try again.)
Basically, when someone registers for the site, they fill out that mini-form on where they live, their comment, what date they started CAP, etc. Well, it always defaults to their registration date and gives the false impression everyone is on CAP from the day they start posting here. It's not a biggie, but, since we're doing the 'wish list'...

I've always thought that this was because people confused "starting a CAP" with registering on the site. I didn't realize it changed no matter what people put in.
We are in need of an update of the Drupal version for security and other purposes. I finally found a good developer to do this. Also, want to have the default theme changed to a more modern, cleaner look. When this happens, we'll look into some of these things.
Editing of a forum can be dicey, in that the person who initiated it can also delete the whole thing, everyone elses posts included. We've learned that giving this power to the brain-fogged is a bad idea.

I've never had an issue like this. What browser are you using?

Louise- if you find this to
Louise- if you find this to be true, let me know. The signature module can be set up to change old posts, but I'm pretty sure I didn't set it that way. If I erred, let me know.
