Kiki, no, there are no problems about how you are taking the tablets. I am sure that eve n once you start taking the extra fish oils you would be sensible enough to swallow them all one by one.
Now, rifampicin, I took for six months before starting starting intermittent therapy: Rifampicin - Wikipedia, but by this time I had undergone my biggest changes. I mustn't talk against it though because despite the fact that it made me walk around in circles, not quite literally it has been very helpful for some others
Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent. Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.

Yes, thanks, Norman. I’ve been advised by doctor here to start at a lower dose and I find there’s no problem at all then. I’ve always tended to introduce things gradually in any case, until I see how I tolerate them.
