The uses of FASIGYN include:Tinidazole is used to treat trichomoniasis (a sexually transmitted disease that can affect men and women), giardiasis (an infection of the intestine that can cause diarrhea, gas, and stomach cramps), and amebiasis (an infection of the intestine that can cause diarrhea, gas, and stomach cramps and can spread to other organs such as the liver). Tinidazole is in a class of medications called antiprotozoal agents. It works by killing the organisms that can cause infection.Another name under which to call (find) Tini.

Sarah, Across the pond it is available as an older brand name for tini, in the us fasigyn is not acknowledged as a brand or generic so the name is not familiar here because it is still under patent as Tindamax and mega expensive!
