My illustrated story of the cure of my MS:

My name is Sarah Longlands and I am the wife of the late David Wheldon. David was a medical microbiologist and he treated me for my Cpn infection.  This was due to my acquiring multiple sclerosis in my mid twenties, about ten years before meeting David. He started to treat me a couple of years after my disease became progressive, in 2003.

I think I can use the word "cure" now because I have had no MS symptoms since before the start of 2004 and although I stopped taking the antibiotics in 2007, I am still getting improvements bit by bit.

Blue Cave.

Now it is December 2021 and I still have had no more multiple sclerosis symptoms.

Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent.   Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.
