In my last entry, I had made it down to 7 mg of prednisone. Today I am down to 3 mg. I also started my first pulse of metronidazole. So far so good! I seem to be a bit tired but am uncertain if the metro is causing it. Any feedback is appreciated!Thank you!Trish

Thank you for your feedback
Thank you for your feedback Jane! I will try upping my B12 again and see if that helps. The last couple weeks I’ve been busy and haven’t been taking it like directed.

Hi Trish,
it’s so easy to let B12 and folate slip, but they are so important it’s astonishing!

Thank you!

Hi Trish
some say folate is just another name for Folic Acid, others say Folate is much better than folic acid!! To be safe i’ve bought folic acid as folate! If i learn more, i’ll let you know, or, maybe, someone who knows, here, will tell us both!

Hi Trish,
My experience is, also, of fatigue! I started pulse 10 today and the fatigue is still here, but, on past experience, the weeks between pulses show improvement, or, sometimes, show issues I hadn’t been aware of, which is a good thing, turning my MS into a collection of symptoms, each of which becomes more manageable!
There are no over night cures, but taking your first pulse is the most important step you’ve taken, and so it will continue!
well done and congratulations!
