Tests to Consider

This is in response to B3Betters post about what tests to consider.  These are tests I've had done on me.  I've suggested Focus labs, and they run the HHV-6 IgGi IFA that Dr. Montoya at Stanford uses...and you can find info about his work at the HHV-6 website (posted below).

Even if you have been diagnosed with Cpni (as I have due to my high IgG and IgA antibody titers); it is good to run many of the tests listed below, as it is possible to have more than one pathogen causing your problems.

And if viruses are part of your problem, all the antibioticsi in the world won't help you feel better.

Best,   Timaca

If you have been ill with various multi-systemic symptoms and the doctors have run many tests on you and cannot figure out what is wrong, then consider getting these tests done.

Getting tested at Focus Diagnostics Lab can be a bit of a problem, unless your doctor has signed up for an account with them.   Here’s some links as to how to get the testing done.   These links are at the HHV-6 website, and you must sign in to view the posts.

Glad to be of help Maria

Glad to be of help Maria and Mackintosh.  Of course, it was your helpfulness at Lymenet that encouraged me to post here, Mackintosh.  Thanks.

Yes, I will be sticking around here until I get well....

Mackintosh, you had mentioned on Dings thread about a Dr. Michael Powell in Sacramento...and there have been other posts that he and Dr. Montoya have been in touch...

Who is Dr. Powell?   What is his role in Cpni

Thanks for everyone's support.
