Template for history and progress
I think it would be so helpful if there were an individual page template for each person that we could click on thier link where we can see the following for one another to acess. A treatment history page. I know we can input this stuff on our profile but there is no template and maybe people dont think about it. I think a template could better encourage sharing and would be statistically helpful.
Example :
Diagnosis - multiple sclerosis
How are you being treated - family physician
Symptoms - optic neuritis, numb foot, bladder problems, migraine,
Treatment start and finish dates w. antibiotic names and doses -
mar 05 mar 07- doxyi 100 x 2, zithro mwf, metro pulses NACi
mar 07 july 07 - doxy 100 x2, biaxin 500 x 2, metro pulses NAC
july 07 jan 08 - minocin 100, zithro mwf, metro pulses NAC
jan 08 may 09- minocin, zitrhro mwf, continuous metro AMOXICILLINi
Supplementsi
inflaheal
serratia peptidase
Alternative treatments
methylation, massage, infrared sauna,
What have you found to be really helpful?
Vitamin Di
**** This is not my profile, its just a sample, but this was sort of what i was thinking would be a nice idea. Templates encourage the sharing of info since they require less work on the part of the user. ****

This seems like a very good idea and would need to be kept up to date. Would it not be an idea to add in at the end (or alongside the treatment maybe) a progress/lack of progress short sentence?
I agree clive. A comment about any improvement opn the protocol would also be helpful. Maybe also a commment after why we switched to each new antibiotic group.
eg- why did you change your protocol antibiotics?
Reasons might be because it stopped working, getting less effect recently, trial and error of other abxi, a bladder or other infection requiring other treatment, docters suggestion w unknown reason, on a specific timeline where change was required.

Clammed, here is my last indepth blog which is much like what you are suggesting. You may have been off line much of the time at about the time I posted it. http://www.cpnhelp.org/cap_adjunct_treatment_upd
Thanks louise, I just checked it out. I think it would be great if everyone did this too. I think Im going to get on LDNi. Its a drug so at least its covered $. Im wondering if I could have better tolerated minocin if i was on LDN. It seems that those on LDN have less issues with inflamtion. Im glad you are doing well anyway. As for me, Im ok, I get to a certain level of wellness and then cant get beyond it for some reason. However, its a functionable level of wellness so Im not complaining.
