supplement table ?

Is it my brain fog or is there no B vitamins on the supplement list?

Lee

Lee- look at all the charts. The B vitamins are listed under anti-porphyria. I seperated the different charts out, but maybe I should put them all on one page for clarity. What do you thinK?

I myself, think it would be easier if it was all on one page.

Jim,

I am by no means a critic and very thankful for all your work. It might be easier I know Dr.S stressed the improtance of b vitamins. I printed the chart out to give my gp a list of what I was taking to update his file and had to add the  b vitamins to the bottom. So what ever is easier for you.

Don't worry at all about being a critic. I invite it as I can't see the material as others might. At the time I made the charts it seemed logical to present them on seperate pages, but from a user standpoint, as you've pointed out, it doesn't make it obvious that there is a whole program. Especially to new folks I'd bet. So feedback, critique, recommendations are gratefully accepted!

By the way, you can do all the B vitamins with a high potency B complex. I found an inexpensive store brand at CVS Pharmacy-- B-150 which has all the doses plus on the chart. Just one pill rather than a bunch.

Hi Jim,

It would be better if you add diet section ,so new people will know what to eat or avoid.

Oh boy, not gonna get into that one! Anyone is welcome to start a "diets" forum and people can post their dietary finds. I'll start a new forum class: Adjuncts (exercise, diet, meditation, etc).

Oh, Guner! I agree with Jim here.  I just eat what I want, which is generally quite healthy, even the occasional real chocolate.  David did try to make me follow Stratton's very high carbohydrate diet for a while but I rebelled..........Sarah

You, Sarah, rebelling? I can't imagine.

I was religiously following the Direct-MS diet since May,2003 till February, 2005. I had the food allergy test in December, 2004 and it came negative. I still eat very healthy, but on occasion have something that I would have choked before.

Cured of multiple sclerosis, stopped the Wheldon's protocol in Nov,2008. Use only LDN.

That is good news.  In the early years, not knowing that I had brain fog,  I still knew I had trouble swallowing.  Last Oct or Nov I noticed that I was getting better at taking my pills and no longer choked on spicy foods which I love.  Twice my husband has had to do the Heimliche on me and be vigilant for the 15 minute ordeal of pill-taking.  Now it is less than 5 minutes of unsupervised swallowing.  Feels really good!
