Skin & eye light sensitivity

For 30 years my eyes were so sensitive that when I opened my front door I would squint my eyes to slits at the indirect sunlight. For about 20 years my skin would not tan. I recently spent a day at outdoor hot mineral springs. I didn't need sunglasses or a hat. My skin has started tanning again. Alas, I have white spots. I guess those are my dapples to go with my Rudolph's red nose. My hands aren't cartoon red like they used to be, but they are still red. If I press a fingertip into the red skin, it blanches for a couple of seconds.

Way to go Janice, you must be feeling well pleased with yourself. What are a few white spots between friends?

Hopefully the rest will follow and Rudolph will have to find someone else to play with.

I've been on CAPi 2 and one

I've been on CAPi 2 and one half years. I think I don't have the porphyrins in my eyes like I used to. When I was on CAP about a year I had big, clear chrystalline worms in my vision. They weren't floaters. I think the metronidazolei was working on something in the optic nerve or brain.

Janice, I realized when I saw your remark that my "worms" are completely gone, too! As pretty as they were, I don't miss them. Right now I am taking a good look - from my side - and also realize that my many floaters are also gone. They may be back, but for the moment....They have been around for decades. All this is encouraging. I must remember to tell my ophthalmologist.
