Research is finally 'seeing' infection as a cause of mystery diseases…

Harvard thinks Alzheimer's might be caused by an infection.  it's a miracle! Cool

We knew the light would dawn on the medical field eventually, but many of us knew we wouldn't live long enough to see the results of proper tests and trials unless we went off the beaten path.  If not for combined antibiotics, I wouldn't be functional by now.  It's good to know millions of patients out there are going to benefit, eventually, too.

The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world’s problems. Mohandas Gandhi

They also say that the tangles in the brain are a healthy reaction to chronic infection, rather than something to be got rid of.  Irene

I’m surprised that that they didn’t quote the work of Brian Balin and co-workers. Their work is amazing. Look up his name in PubMed (Balin BJ). It convinces me, and I am hard to convince.
