Relapse

I have been making progress the last two years and am up to four days per week

The night before halloween (I drive taxi) was really intense and I worked to hard

I have been in bed since Sunday

When this happens I feel like I'll never bounce back

I kind of get a hopeless feeling

But I know all the progress I've made says I should be bouncing back

But when ?

Is there anything I can do to speed recovery?

Thanks

Homina, Since you aren't on the Combined Antibiotic Protocol - CAPi and I'm honestly not familiar with what's on your treatment list, I find it hard to comment.

What I do know, though, is - We all get tired. We all push too hard, especially when we're feeling better than we have in many years!

It happens. Setbacks are fine as long your ultimate direction is forward and upward.

Allow yourself to rest and recover and most of all, understand that recovery takes time. You didn't get sick overnight and you won't recover overnight, either. Relax. Stressing yourself over it will only make things worse.

Right I know

Thanks

I haven't started on CAPi yet but I am planning to

DAILY: NACi 2400MG , DHEAi sublingual , CoQ10 200 mg, vit D3 2,000 IU, multi vits, Folapro, Doxyi 200 mg. 2 or 3 PER WEEK  Astaxanthin, Azithromycin 250 mg,B12, Coffee retension enema, Flagyli 6 day pulse, Thyme Thujanol twice a week

Just hang in there. You're making all the right moves. Now, take care of yourself the next few days.
