Ok so some good news - and can control my bladder again which is great - no more nappies !  I can leave the flat now and drink coke light with vodka again.  The walking, balance still to return but this has given me some hope.  Of course I will post as soon as I have any more good news, love Sx

Congratulations on being able to start to live again, Froggy.  To be able to venture out into the Sunlight and leave your flat behind for the afternoon while you browse the local market is what living is.

To be able to enjoy a drink without fear of the consequences of drinking a liquid has got to be more than a relief. If you ask the man or woman on the Clapham omnibus about the importance of bladder control … well, they wouldn’t dared have gotten onto the Clapham omnibus if they didn’t have bladder control.

We have discussed your recently increased biotin intake and agree that this 160 mg dose (16,000 mcg) dose has a lot to do with this most obvious improvement.

Now eat, drink and be merry, Froggy
