Pulses Six Seven and Eight

I am up to 2 gram pulses once a week

Here is what is happening

Every Pulse gets me a little healthier.... it's almost a miracle that I am feeling better just after a short time 

I have less PEM Post Exertional Malaise

Sleep is more refreshing 

Easier to get to sleep 

Able to do more during the day and bounce back quicker after exertion

After each pulse I crave orange juice (or something like it) mineral water and stuff like bacon burgers 

I am not where I want to be but I figure at this rate in a year I can work as much as I want and maybe start some other activities too that I miss

 

So you are taking 2 grams of Flagyl at one time, one day a week?  Is your doc still on board with this modification?

Started CAP for Cpn on 11/14/10 - Per my doctor, paused Abx 5/18/13 - NAC, T3, St Johns Wort, B-complex, Vit C, Vit D3 (8,000/day), Vit E, Astragalus, Chlorella, Chelation with Alpha Lipoic Acid. Started Buhner protocal (2nd edition) on 8/30/16.

My last pulse was 2 grams prior to that it was 1.5 grams and before that 1 gram

My Doc knows that I am pulsing once a week and I did tell him the dosage he did not have any specific instructions.... I can however keep him current as I am trying to up the dosage as I can tolerate it 

DAILY:  NAC 2400MG , DHEA sublingual , vit D3 , multi vits,./ Three times  a week: B12 injections (Hydroxycobalamin). Deer antler./  Once every few months methyl B12 Methyl injections

What dosage are you trying to get to?

2 grams is my max I think

Keep us posted on this.  I am interested in your improvement in energy.  I haven't noticed a huge bump with pyruvate that you seem to have.

I have actually cut back on pyruvate and beta alanine for a little bit right now.  I have stuck with the creatine and ribose.  I seemed to get an energy boost initially from the bodybuilding supplements but then I think my die-off my have increased.  My nasal passages became really swollen and my brain fog increased.  I decided to slow down the pace a little bit so I could function better.

I would not say I get a huge energy boost with pyruvate but a substantial one

I stopped beta alanine (which I tried at your suggestion) lleach because it hyped me I could not sleep well with it  at least I think that was the cause

Diagnosed with FMS 2003. Currently doing CAP (started 12/1/10), Doxi 100 mg BID, Azithro 250 mg 3x week, last Flagyl pulse 1/23/11 for 5 2 days. 1st Tini pulse (2 tabs 500 mg) on 4/8/11. Following Perfect Health Diet as much as i can.
