Earlier today (5th), I popped my first tini tab of this, pulse 31. I have been very tired recently and been sleeping for England. Today in Swansea there were big road closures due to a Triathlon. I think that I should have been allowed to participate in the sleeping part of the contest ... but apparently, there's no such thing. I shall have to book my place for Rio; when it comes to sleeping, I shall go for gold.

In a while’s time, I’ll pop my 2nd pill and be looking forward to Thursday when it ends.  As it happens, I get very few – if any – reactions from pulsing, just a yuckkie feeling and more tiredness. Here’s whishin’ and hoping.

Sleep is very restorative, so it could lead to better things.....................Sarah
