CAP since 8-05 for Cpn and Mycoplasma P. for MS and/or CFS

That's interesting and may explain the differences between in MS between men and women.

If progesterone has a 'healing' property it may explain the prevalence of RRMS in women.   It also explains the remission a lot of women experience in pregnancy and the sometimes severe relapse after giving birth.   Men produce progesterone too but at different levels.

My daughter definately notices the onset of symptoms around the time of her period when progesterone is low, and usually feels better leading up to the time of ovulation and just after.

There is a good explanation of the 'normal' role of progesterone in Wikepedia.
