Still looking for Doctor in the Midwest US [1]

Hi,

I am still trying to find a doctor who is familiar with this disease in the midwest. The closest I have located is in Chicago, which is not near South Dakota. The nearby cites are Minneapolis MN,  Omaha and Lincoln NE,  Sioux City IA and Sioux Falls SD.  Anyone know of a doctor in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, etc.?

CPN doctor in Sioux Falls SD or Sioux City IA area [2]

Hello,

I live in Colorado and already have a competent doctor. I have friends and relatives in the midwest who suffer from MSi [5], Crohn's Disease and Fibromyalgiai [4]. I would like to help them get treatment (as I have) since I am convinced the antibiotic protocol is helpful.

I am somewhat sceptical that any CPNi [6] doctors live in that area. The nearest larger cities are Minneapolis MN and Omaha NE.
