Creepy Crawlies

OK, we're now well into this and the pill taking is becoming very tiresome. I have to admit to lapsing with some of the less important supplementsi [1], mainly because I just couldn't face taking another pill which is maybe why I'm currently driven mad with what feels like ants running around under the skin of my left leg.

I have to keep checking to make sure nothing is running around on the outside of my leg, and there isn't, or, if there is then I have eye problems instead.

If this normal? Or is it me being odd again?

Hm, Andesine, normal, odd, neither I think, yet expected.    I enjoy your colorfully described blogs.   I might say neurosignals that are distorted may be expected events particularly with neurological involvement in the process of reversal on a CAPi [9]?  Will be interesting to see how many folks notice this.   I will say that with this past pulse I think I may have had the wisper of the "restless Leg" phenomena.  Thankfully it passed quickly for me.

Hoping for a quick resolution for you,

Louise

I too get the crawlies &

Submitted by ruthless1 on Tue, 2008-07-22 13:54.

I too get the crawlies & especially from the flagyli [6].  Sometimes it is the strangest thing, down the flagyl & then I can feel it start to course through my veins!

I have more RLS this time around as well, so I am...."antsy"  Last night I was a mm. from tossing my supper from the nausea so the beast is still living happily in my gut!

SLAY THE BEAST, take the supplementsi [1], choke them down.  I know how you feel about days where, ACCCKKKKK TOO EEEE, choke them aaaahhhhh down.

Up the moppers & expect the unexpected!

My pet theory about this,

Submitted by Jim K on Tue, 2008-07-22 18:29.
My pet theory about this, no not internal pets (horrors!), is that those tiny EB'si [19] get lodged in small vessels in the subdermal layers, and killing various cells in these regions gives the creepy crawlies. I got this originally more from NACi [3] than from flagyli [6] or the other abxi [20], hence my connecting it solely with the EB's. Just speculation, but I'm sticking to it. Er, well I guess it's sticking to me!

Much better today, I think

Submitted by Andesine on Wed, 2008-07-23 11:42.

Much better today, I think the ant colony moved out overnight thank Heavens. That was driving me loopy.

Interestingly I started my second pulse last night. Wonder if the Metroi [6] drove them out?

I believe the crawly

Submitted by speedbird on Wed, 2008-07-23 13:04.
I believe the crawly feeling is common to MSers and is just one of those things that you hardly noticed before you were told that you had MS. I remember being convinced that there were fleas in my bed at times, even though the cats were well protected against them. I'd strip the bed and go on a hunt for any evidence of creepy crawlies. Now I know that it's just an MS thing and the abxi [20] are stirring things up so I down more Vit C which seems to help.

Andesine, This happened to me for the first time last week - I told my husband I feel like a butterfly is stuck in my right calf - went on for a few days. About four days later I felt it on left calf. Creepy

Mine has gone now. As soon

Submitted by Andesine on Fri, 2008-07-25 19:36.
Mine has gone now. As soon as I started this pulse it eased up, I had a couple of short episodes and then it was gone completely. Not has any problem there since.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm going to add a bit more to my morning supplementsi [1]. It will be great to stop rubbing at my cheeks and nose in public...

I had to go back and pull

Submitted by WANDA on Tue, 2008-07-29 09:03.

I had to go back and pull this one up, when last 3 nights hubby has jiggled me from the bed with ?RLS which he hasnt had in long while severe RLS which started after about 10th day of doxyi [4]......

I did talk to his doctor about this theory of infection and he didnt tell me I was crazy...he did say hubbys' symptoms seemed systemic? and put him back on Doxy. 100mg twice daily for 30 days...he said if this seems to help we will consider what to do next....its a start...

At hospital I talked with neurologist and another doctor who just couldnt even consider the posibility of this....I think they didnt even hear another thing I said after I ask about possibility of antibioticsi [20]...when off on this long spill about statistics,  and the FDA... blah, blah, blah....

I thought to myself what a sad life if you cant have hope and faith....

I admit I was surprised at their response....and realized this may be harder than I thought finding a doctor to get totally on board with this...
