Poultry and Livestock other pathogens?

I'm in the process of getting tested for Lyme and coinfections prior to starting CAP. I worked directly with cows and chickens around the time I got the most sick. I'm somewhat familiar with the major coinfections but not with likely zoonotic illness, especially related to the chickens as we often had them in the house nursing them, washing feces off the eggs, etc. I also milked a cow regularly.

Anyone here have knowledge or links on that - particularly avian to human disease?

My whole life has been in very close contact with many species of animals, but I think I caught my "cold" at school when I was about ten.  Like you, we have always had animals from chickens, geese, ducks, dogs, goats, and even a tiny little pig in the house - he moved outside when he grew a little bigger.  We have drunk our delicious raw goat milk for thirty-five years and eaten our duck and chicken eggs (not raw) with only the best results.  Our horses were never in the house.
