Paula's Daily Schedule.

As promised, here is Paula's supplement and CAP schedule.

Please have a look at the below and let me know if there is anything anyone thinks we may be doing wrong.

As an aside, she is allergic to Soya and is both gluten and diary intollerant.  She is also Glycemic, which means she currently can't take glucose, but is instead replacing it with d-ribose (which currently doesn't seem to be helping from what I can see).

We have Colestyramine on order and hopefully Paula will be trying it very soon and replacing it with the Charcoal.

Your schedule is tighter than mine, and sometime, maybe sooner than you think, you will be able to combine some things and get it down to three times a day. What you are doing is what it takes, and it is probably easier than it used to be to sustain. But it is commendable. It looks good to me, though.

3/9 Symptoms returning. Began 5 abx protocol 5/9 Rifampin 600, Amox 1000, Doxy 200, MWF Azith 250, flagyl 1000 daily. Began Sept 04 PPMS EDSS 6.7 Now good days EDSS 1 Mind, like parachute, work only when open. Charlie Chan  In for the duration.&am

minocycline, azithromycine, metronidazole 2007-2009, chelation for lead poisoning, muscle pain, insomnia, interstitial cystitis (almost well), sinus, dry eyes, stiff neck, veins, hypothyroid, TMJ, hip joints (no longer hurt)

I take LOTS of supplements as well & have mine split up.  Chitosan that I use for a fat mopper can't be taken with B's or the "oil" supplements.  I have 6 piles!

The one thing that I did notice is the amount of acidophillus you have Paula taking.  I take a brand that has 8 billion & about 7 of them with a yogurt drink on an empty stomach, so the very first thing in the AM.  Now, there are lots of different brands & quality so what she is taking may be enough.  If she gets bloated in the afternoon & evenings & gassy, you might think about adding more into Paula's diet.  Also to combat yeast I do the oregano drop & P'Au Darco.

Hi ruthless1.  Paula is intollerant to dairy and it is hard to find any probiotics that are dairy free.  The one that she takes only contains Acidophillus and she takes what is recommended on the label.  She doesn't get any yeast issues at the minute, but does get gassy sometimes.  The recommendation on the label is 2 tablets per day.  So you think she should be taking more?

I don't take probiotics.  Not everyone needs them nor tolerates them.  I do try to eat plain yogurt although don't find that it matters really for yeast control. 

I do find that I've had skin/nail symptoms of fungus and had this happen along with my last tini pulse mixed in with exacerbation of psoriasis, one of my most troubling symptoms.  Image removed.

I simply used Citricidal (a few drops in water) and grapefruit seed extract caps to counteract the fungal/yeast symptoms for a few days and they subsided.

HERE's another product with Citricidal.  The one I have contains 25 mg grapefruit extract per drop.

I'm curious as to why Paula is taking so much Calcium.  If I read your schedule correctly, she is taking  - Cal/Mag 500mg/250mg x5 which would be 2500 mg of Calcium with another dose of 4 pills later in the day for an additional 2000 mg totalling 4500 mg.  That seems like alot although maybe you have a reason for it?  

It also depends which type of calcium she is taking because some are more easily absorbed and maybe this has something to do with the dosing?   

My endocrinologist that monitors my bone density which I've improved drastically this past year, btw, told me to take a total of 1500 mg calcium per day with most of it at night, which I do, 2 hrs after my abx and 2 hrs before the cholestyramine.  

I take 1 cal/mag tab in the morning (500/80) along with morning supplements and then 2 more at night.  The cal/mag also contains D. (400 ius/tab)  My multi vite contains an additional 165/50 of cal/mag so I get a little over the 1500 mg per day and have considered dropping this down at some point by decreasing the supplements by the morning cal/mag pill. 

My calcium is calcium citrate and I've also used another one containing a calcium complex; calcium hydroxyapatite, citrate, aspartate, alpha-ketoglutarate, lysinate.
