Ande, I think I have found her address, so I'll write to her.  She will get loads of letters and phone calls after tonight, though, mostly offering snake oil cures, so I'll have to tread carefully...............Sarah

An Itinerary in Light and Shadow...........Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after nearly four years, three of which intermittent.   Still slowly improving and no exacerbation since starting. EDSS was 7, now 2, less on a good day.

Good on you Sarah and yes she'll get quite a few letters from the "moral majority" too, so I don't envy her trying to sort the wheat from the chaff.

This caught my eye in the Mirror article, "800 - people die from Multiple Sclerosis a year in Britain". Die? Where did they get that idea from? <tongue in cheek>.

New Forest, UK. Progressive MSi dx 12/06 LDN 3/07 CAP 6/07: Wheldon version. Pulses so far #10

Sarah, thank you. I sat there in stunned disbelief watching that on the news. She's in a wheelchair but other than that, she's bright and articulate and I couldn't believe she was just going to get on a plane and kill herself.

This makes me so mad. There are so many GPs in this country who know about CAP now, and Naltrexone, and not one of them would step in and say hang on, there's an alternative! It's appalling.

Yes, I too noticed the 800 deaths a year from MS. Maybe we need to go post in the "other place". Probably just get banned again. Image removed.
