Hi need,

HERE's the list of the reactions and remedies. Vit C, charcoal, chlorella and glucose all help me alot. I did a C - flush once and I think I'll be doing another one soon. I just noticed I'm not using enough glucose so I think I'll bump that up too. I'm glad I looked at the list again, thanks.

I really do get much relief of IBSi type symptoms from using the SP remedies as I believe it to be SP.

The following descriptions are from Norman Yarvin. I copied them from the thread on Definitions because I found what he wrote helpful. If something appears out of context, the fault is mine:

• Cholestyramine and Welchol have the same sort of mechanism of action as activated charcoal, and that mechanism can reasonably be described as mopping up toxins from the gut (porphyrins being the main toxins we're concerned with).

• Glucose is a fuel, it doesn't sweep up toxins; it causes them not to be produced in the first place. And it only does that for porphyrins, and only if the porphyriai is caused by the body being short on glucose. This means that it's best to take it ahead of time, before you get short on glucose, rather than trying to use it as a "mopper" after the fact. It also means that it's not going to stop you from feeling feverish, since that's from endotoxinsi. 

• Vitamin C's is somewhere in between.
