Now this is focused on chlamydia trachomatis, but it seems to share lots of similarities and vulnerabilities with chlamydia pneumoniae.
I wonder what would happen if somebody already infected with chlamydia uses the vaccine, would it be completely useless?

So, presumably Jesper, everyone would need to be vaccinated at the age of 11-12, because you are hardly going to know who is at most risk of infection with a sexually transmitted disease at that age.
As for C pn, generally considered more difficult to treat than C trach, I can't find any reference after 2010.
