Looking at available themes.....

Looking at what is available in 'themes,' what works best is 'CPN help.' On my PC and phone it turns everything in to the most easily readable format and colours, and even the top banner looks less scrunched up, although I might do a bit of fiddling around there. I'll finish what I was going to say in about half an hour!

Now, I was originally planning to make a completely new site: however, this site contains so much useful information that it would be silly to discard too much of it.

So my next thought was to keep this site going as an archive site with links through to it from the new site. This would be feasible but would mean that everybody would have to register again on the new site. Also the archive site would need paying for: if you just leave a site floating around in the clouds, links gradually go missing.

In the end I thought that the best idea was just to make the site as crisp and new as possible and get on with running it with the aim of helping as many people as possible. I am sure that you all think the same way. After the holiday weekend I would like to see if our new admin guy can make messaging somewhat easier to use, but as soon as it is switched on, we have a new chat function on the bottom right hand side, which has available, idle, busy and offline functions, which made me a bit happier about having it. You can save chats on it, just like you can save messages. This is another reason to use the CPN Help theme, because it fits in better.
Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent.   Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.

New home page is still to be put up, with all the typos vanished.
