Metronidazole

Half way through first pulse and stomach is unhappy... abdo pains, gas, urgent need for toilet,  softish stools(but still formed)...

Also headaches... and feeling punched in face with eyes trying to pop out(sinus?)

lack of appetite, feeling poorly HR up...

Def harder than tinidazole...

the bugs are leaving!

I'm only at the same point as you and my symptoms have surprised me, but we know this is the result of your body throwing out the bugs. Keep going, the bugs are finite!

MSi symptoms from 2001, DXi RRMSi in 2008, following, a change of hospital who sent me for an MRI, precipitated by some sight loss. Took Interferons, on and off. Prescribed  chemo infusions to slow pro

Hi there,

it's good to see it's, obviously, worth continuing with!

Good luck!

Oh yes - so far my asthmai is

Oh yes - so far my asthmai is gone and my pain is less and I'm no longer getting overload from light and sound at normal type levels. I still have bits where I'm not well and loudish TV or many different sounds at once are too much(eg radio in one room and TV in another)...  but def better than before where even a shower would terrify me as I'd feel so washed out I was unsure i would get out again...

'loading'

looks like you were 'loaded' pretty thick - the pulse is there to dump/flush the stuff the other antibioticsi and suppliments left behind - their 'garbage' - and with initial pulse 'loading' being the most, it will feel the worst... good news is it will get less severe as you body 'cleanses' the pollution from it over time :-)

Actually, the severer the pulse, the 'better'! (ie means the CAPi is being very effective...)

Took me about 7 months for the pulses to stop being 'wild' (you should've SEEN the junk I was dumping during those first few pulse cycles. stayed on CAP for 18 months, and it was well worth it!

We find consulations, we learn tricks with which we deceive ourselves, but the essential thing - the way - we do not find. Listen to the river...

Yep - true.  I think I did

Yep - true.  I think I did forty-seven pulses.  They got easier eventually, but knocked me absolutely flat for days.  But, as I maintain forever and ever, it was so, so worth it.

My doctor, who calls me his miracle, sent me to Duke last visit to see if they had any new ideas.  They did:  I amd now doing physical therapy twice a week.  I do my exercises every day, and they are about as hard as the flagyli!  But this morning, on the way in from the barn, my husband said "You are walking better"!  Yes, true.  I am training muscles to take over a job they never had to do.  Stay with it - this is really, really hard, but you can and are doing it.
