macrolides lower sperm count

Me and my wife are trying to get preganant but I read on the internet that macrolides can lower your sperm count. Does anyone know about this and has anyone gotten pregnant while on this protocol. I know the infection can lower the sperm count more then the antibioticsi. but ive been on them for over a year and scared that my sperm count is highly depleted. I take a lot of supplementsi but I dont know if thats enough to make up of it. some expert advise is highly appreciated. thanks

Fibro, CFSii,  Myco, CPNii, Stratton protocol, Zithro 500mg M/W/F/S, Doxyii 100mg 2x day, NACi 1200mg 2x day, Flagylii and INHii 2 week pulses 400 mg 3x day, Rifampin, 300mg 2x day,  Still cant shake it but improving.

Of course the infection

Of course the infection itself lowers sperm count. Sperm quality highly depends on the l-arginine supply which is somewhat deplated while being sick. I think it gets even worse while taking macrolides which decrease its number even more via die-off reaction.

I'm not sure whether macrolides can have that affect but something I read regarding hormones which affect male virility might be happening.  I think that could be something to look into.  If I see the link again I'll post it for you.
