Thanks for the information. Before I found this site I was taking many supplements, but incredibly, no D3.

Thanks for posting this Red.  Not really knowing  about  “defensins” I did some additional searching.  I read they consist of 18-45 amino acids .  Makes me think I should restart taking my amino acid complex, too.
