symptom managment

Body

Now that I plan on starting NAC soon, I was wondering if there is a list somewhere that goes over various symptoms and what treatments are most effective. For example I anticipate nausea in my future and in the past I've always taken ginger and it has worked great but i would love to know if there is something stronger that could be my backup in case it doesn't work.  Do any treatments for sx counter the effects of the antibiotics?

If I don't drink a minimum of eight ounces of water my Doxy will NOT stay down.  I always drink more than that because it has not been enough at times.  I have never been a pill-taker (HA!) so I have no other backups - haven't needed them.  A caution - the water must be WITH the Doxy, not a half hour later.  AM, two hours after  AM supps, I take Rifampin, Amoxicillin, Flagyl, Doxy, and my thyroid.  Around two hours later, I take acidophilus usually with lunch, then afternoon I can take charcoal if needed, or, what I have been able to do lately again - PM Rifampin.  Usually sometime in the afternoon I look up and realize it has been two hours since I ate.  I take advantage of that to get Rifampin done, then at the barn or when we get to the house, I can take PM Amoxicillin, Azithromycin, Doxycycline, flagyl, and my PM NAC  - again, always with LOTS of water.  Then at bedtime I can take more acidophilus, if I am still awake.Rica

MS: First sx '93 dx '09 no obvious relapses just steady decline since '07. Crippling fatigue, too weak to sit up for extended periods of time. Cane/walkers/electric chair inside, helicopter outside. Started protocol 11/16/13.  1200mg N

With Doxy I have to eat a fairly big meal or I will thow upFor Flagyl Chlorella and or coffee retension enemas help the body to pull out die off and keep my kidneys from overloading trying to filter ( I tend to get kidney pain when pulsing)drinking lots of water especially mineral water helps too when on the abx.. gatoraid tooSince Flagyl makes me sleepy I take it full dose first thing in the morning when I pulse and sleep it off my schedule permits this

I was taking a chelator for my lead and I started noticing this dull pain in two spots on my back. Is that what you experienced?  I just got this sneaky suspicion that it was my kidneys. I had run out of the stuff I was taking for drainage but I kept taking the chelator - not smart huh.  So let me get this straight the things that are good for drainage out of the organs is  chlorella, coffee enemas, epsom salt baths, IR saunas and what else? Is the best drainage different for everyone? In other words do baths work better than saunas for some people and not others? How do you know if all the evil thugs are actually gone? When you guys mention moppers is that what you are talking about, stuff to help drain and/or excrete toxins/byrpoducts  OUT of the body?

The mopper I used for all these years is charcoal - 12 capsules - usually in the middle of the night because there must be no food for two hours before and two hours after. It is great stuff.Rica

What about muscle weakness, lethargy, fatigue, depression and anxiety.  I think of all of these the anxiety and depression is the hardest to deal with.

Yes pain in the lower part of the back two spots is likely kidneyWhen you take abx (antibiotics) it kills off the bacteria and the body has to move the dead stuff out via the kidneys and other ways    liver  sauna helps too because in moves stuff via the skinchlorella I think helps to absorb toxins to be carried out via the coloncharcoal does the same  we call them moppers because they mop up like the cleaning crew after a big party coffee retension enemas help the liver do it's job which is also a filter When I do a coffee ret enema my kidneys feel much betterI don't have as much problem with kidney pain as before because thankfully  I am not as infected as before and less stuff to kill off
