The correct amount of doxycycline for Cpn is 200mg a day. I only noticed today that in one place David says it is 100mg. He must have made an accidental mistake, because if you read his pdf file, in the same place he says 200mg.

So please note that the correct doses are as follows:

Doxycycline 200mg a day, either all at once or  in two doses.

Roxithromycin 300mg  a day, ditto,

or Azithromycin  250mg three times a week.

Then three months later build up to Metronidazole 400mg three times a day if using UK tablets or 500mg a day otherwise.
