After David's completely surprise death, we have managed to find a medical doctor of David's speciality who is willing to help us out.

I have decided to keep this fine American Doctor's  name a secret, but do believe me when I say that you can fully trust his words.

Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent.   Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.
