Yep. Had HORRIBLE night sweats before I was diagnosed. And I know it was from Cpn because I caught it from a patient at our clinic and the night sweats began after that. They got better after I started abx and haven't had them since. It could be from something else but it wouldn't hurt to get tested.
Doxy 100mg BID, Azithro 250mg MWF, NAC 2600mg, adderal 20mg, VCO, recently switched from flagyl to Tini pulse once monthly & supplements.

Hi Homina! You've mentioned this before, as I recall, no changes?I had night-sweats for several years, but it had improved a lot before starting CAP. It worsened with CAP, included the short term worsening nights after higher volume of physical activity. Not determined by peak effort, but the total volume. It had largely gone (after more than 700 days on imidazoles), but I've had slight bouts in the last week since starting Artemisinin (anti-malaria herb). Hopefully an indication that the treatment contiues to work.Keep going :-)
Borrelia/Cpn arthritis: joint, skin, eye, CNS, respiratory, UG involvment; fatigue. Borrelia: Clinical, Elisa&WB IgG, and CPn IgG and IgA pos, HLA-B27 neg. (2010). CAP 5/9/2010 -> 3/2016 2017: some signs and symptoms returning, Borrelia?
Homina's post was from ten months ago. It was just bumped up by a new comment.
