I`am not sure if it really fits here. I`am doing the CAP even if i don`t know which germ exactly is creating my problems. My questions is how contagious are these intra-celluar infections? The woman which whom i had a relationship years ago is now devloping hashimoto and has strange pains at the tendos. Also she has a very low CD 57 like me. Her overall condition is weak and it seem that we have something similar. People here were saying cpn is only contagious when coughing. What is with Lyme ,it`s coinfectons mycoplasma or strep?

I forgot something. The Marshall-Protocol people claim that the antibiotics are a protection. But it seem that they have a lot dubious assumptions and this is not a credible source of information

NoahPlease don't blame yourself for infecting humanity  - including an old friend - remember that 70% of humans carry this bug.  Getting your Vit D3 level up will go far towards helping with many deficiencies.  My husband used to tell me that I can't save the world.  My response has always been that I will try to save my little corner of it.  My two contributions have been this website and discussing my own experience with this bug and now solar electricity.  Amazing how busy those two things, along with our herd of goats and a household, keep me!   Now I can take some of the work load from my husband's uncomplaining shoulders.My reason for mentioning those things is not necessarily to "toot my own horn", as much as to point out that I now have the physical energy and the mental accuity to do what is required.  Keep at it!Rica

Perhaps your old girlfriend infected YOU? Wink Seriously, there is no need to sequester yourself from the world while you take positive steps to kill off your infection. Of course, if you have a cold or flu, take the normal precautions not to spew your illness on others, but, otherwise, just take your meds and start getting better. (You might want to nudge the old girlfriend toward this site, too.)

Hi Rica,

Antibodies were detected in over 70% of the population in one study. One might argue that many of these people had been exposed to Cpn and overcome the infection. However I suspect that number is lower than the actual rate of infection. The cutoff thresh hold for antibody titers is set somewhat arbitrarily. If a researcher were looking at results showing antibodies in 100% of the samples, they would probably assume the test was too sensitive and raise the thresh hold.
