immune system

if the brain is directly connected to the immunei system by vessels that have previously not thought to exist, then why is diseasesi called auto immune disease, when the brain is in control, what am i missing here, can anyone comment on that.Robert

?

this question doesn't even make sense... immunei system is part of blood that serves brain - what 'newly discovered' vessels are we indicating? 'brain in control' of what - immune system? immune system is chemically/biologically controlled... brain is just served by it. Missing logic?

immune system

No i dont mean that batgirl, i mean the article University of Virginia 2015 june 1st, brainbreakthrough, the brain is directly connected to the immunei system by vessels not thought to exist  despite the human body being mapped that many times, apparently the doctors text is going to be changed as it overturns decades of textbook teachings,, if the brain is in control as it seems it apparently is, then why do they call it autoimmune, it cant be auto immune can it, as i said unless i am missing something. thats what i mean.   any comments on that. lymphatic system in the brain

The apparent confirmation of a lymphatic system in the brain is irrelivant - it just explains how our immunei system gets into the brain area to fight things, like Cpni and other bacteria. Doesn't validate the immune system allegedly suddenly attacking the brain per the mystifying nut-job neurologists that actually believe in the fantasy... the immune system uses this conduit to attack the infection, and that 'battle' damages some brain tissues in the fight - blocking the immune system with inteferons is just allowing the infection to go unchecked - reducing damage in the short term maybe, but in the long term it is foolish and contrary to God's perfect design, for ultimately the infection just slowly causes damage instead... better to use the perfect One's tools as intended and fight the infection, for certain infectionsi like Cpn that are incipient will never go away on its own and has to be delt with radically using CAPi. More interesting is how the bacteria enters the brain, not how the immune system does... from the MRI's I've viewed, speculatively speaking, mine seems to have been from sinus and/or dental (via the optic nerve route) and upper respratory (via the spinal fluid route) infections.
