Have vit D use a recommendation for all new visitors

I can't say for sure, but I think I have CPN. I am in the process of trying to get treatment. I totally agree with the view that vit D can help with the side effects of CPN. I have been on this site some in the past, but never caught the importance of vit D until after I figured it out on my own. I noticed the brain fog that I have been dealing with for a while seemed to decrease as I started getting more vit D. It might be helping with my energy too, which is great. I think someone should promote the use of vit D on the home page in a prominant way. It should say if you think you have CPN then you might start taking a vitamin D supplement if you don't already, and explain. I think it will allow CPN patients to be much better at dealing with their day to day responsibilities and trying to get treatment at the same time. This is huge for people who have a sickness that is exsauhsting, and who have to work very hard to get the treatment they need to cure the sickness. I think it can improve their ability to stay on top of their life and pursue treatment. Just to clarify I am talking about vit D use before trt I think it helps with brain fog and energy. I take 200 IU 3x day with my meals.
