Getting Started - Reactions and Remedies

It's probably me, but...

I find the upper section of this topic confusing. There's a widely spaced list of potential reactions, with one or two X symbols by some but not all. Am I supposed to assume this relates to the likelihood and severity of individual reactions?

Below is a section of reactions and potential solutions, which is much clearer.

It's not you.  Smile This was discussed way back, after the site was upgraded and we lost some pages here and there.  Michele's word processing program wasn't quite compatible with the upgrade and the columns (where the check marks were placed) were lost.  It was decided to leave the info there, anyway, because much of it is so helpful.  I'd actually forgotten about it, it was so long ago (I'm guessing around three years?).

No, it's not you, Trent.  Unfortunately, the table lost its formatting when the site was updated a few year's back. The headings of porphyria, inflamation and endotoxins used to be across the top, and the crosses were then in the right places, corresponding to each.

Perhaps some wise person on the site will know if we can sort this.

Perhaps I can help with reformatting issues. I've worked with data-driven websites for many years. Do let me know.

I sent a note to the site owner and will let everyone know when/if it's going to be addressed.  I've also sent a note to the original author of the page to gather a bit of background on the issue.  Wink

My apologies but for various personal reasons, it seems I won't be able to undertake repairs to the website after all.

I'd like to thank all my friends here for their support and kindness when I was looking after my wife and wish everyone on the various protocols all the very best with their battles.

It's all just a bit too raw to keep coming back to the site.

Take care.

Hi Martin,

There are many people within this community that I admire and are inspiration for us to follow.  You and your good wife were maybe the bravest of all.  By all means take a break ... but don't walk away for ever.  You (plural) are like a beacon for the brave to aspire to.

I had already offered prayers and wished you good luck for your future.  You are part of this community; please let the warmth of your spirit radiate across it.
