Is getting antibiotics from the same pharmacy long-term risky/ suspicious?

Is it risky to get antibioticsi for CPNi from the same pharmacy long term?  Does this raise suspicion from that pharmacy as to why the patient is taking antibiotics for such a long period of time?  Can the pharmacist(s) then report the prescribing doctor to their state board for investigation and possible action against them?  If so how can this be prevented and what is the best way to get antibiotics long term without putting your doctor at risk?  I’m interested in how those who are currently receiving antibiotics through legit means are getting them; from a pharmacy, or by your health insurance’s mail order plan, or other?

Thank you

People take doxycycline continuously for acne.  Azithromycin is used long-term for chronic lung infectionsi. Flagyli pulses of ten to fourteen days are used for vaginal infections (and the male equivalent).  Never say never, but I don't think this is something to worry about.

If your doctor is comfortable prescribing long-term, that should be a strong enough signal to me that you need not worry.

We have an Infectious Disease Doc. prescribing the CAPi  for Erica. Long term abxi is normal(!)  for her specialty:TB, cellulitis, leprosy, etc. E's Neuroi was uncomfortable w/ the Protocol and recommended his med school buddy, this infectious disease Dr..

I know what you are concerned about: my own PCP, fearful to make waves in the medical industry, would refuse to participate in the Stratton/ Weldon protocol. Her hospital employers might investigate the long term abxi prescribed, but it is highly unlikely that a pharmacy would. My doctor has a daughter in S. Korea, recently diagnosed w/ MSi(!) The doctor Emailed her daughter about this Cpnhelp site. at my insistence. My doc was impressed with the Vanderbilt credentials, but unwilling to commit to prescriptions and followup.

I suspect someone on this site can privately recommend a doc willing to administer the Stratton/ Weldon protocol, who practices near you. All you have to do, if you are looking, is ask. Response is terrific here!
