Flagyl and Nausea
I have just finished day 2 of my latest pulse attempt. Last time I had to stop at day 3 because of nausea, unable to eat without almost losing it. Tonight I am having the same concerns. Would it be a bad idea to try every other day pulsing?

You certainly have my empathy! Have you tried it with V8? Be ready to swallow, put it on the back of your tongue and immediately gulp it down. Nausea doesn't bother me but I think this could if I did not eat before or with it. All the rest of the abxi I take on an empty stomach with lots of water.

Golfbuddy- This is exactly why I had to switch to Tinidazole despite it's greater expense (it's on patent). The amount of nausea I had on Flagyli made it impossible to do a full pulse. You might try it on your next pulse attempt and see if you can tolerate it better.
All of my first bunch of pulses were no more than 3 days. I couldn't last any longer. I got to 5 days before switching to Tini, but it was just barely. It could just be that you need to do 3 day pulses for a while and see if your nausea is porphyric and lessens over time. It didn't for me, that's why I finally switched. Better switch than fight!
