Doctors near Wilmington, NC?

If anyone here knows of a doctor in the general vicinity of Wilmington, North Carolina who would be willing to supervise Cpni treatment, I'd appreciate hearing from you.  (It wouldn't have to be particularly close to that city; but Vanderbilt University, in Tennessee, would be a bit far to drive.)  Thanks.
