Doctor please

Hi everyone, new here.  Well I am very very sick and have been for a long time.  I am trying to get an appointment with an LLMD soon hopefully for possible lyme, but want to keep my options open.  I am in Massachusetts and if anyone knows of any doctors in mass, preferably around boston/malden/melrose area, I would appreciate it.  Thank you so much!
