Did anyone took Alinia and Tinidazole at the same time?

Did anyone took Alinia and Tinidazole at the same time? I am asking this because I still have lamblia and since Tinidazole is also for lamblia. Shouldn t a combination of alinia and tinidazole have an synergetic effect on lamblia? Resulting in a higher success rate/ cure?
