Of course one answer would be to share all treatments online, even if not cpn related, in case it might help somebody else!

So I presume nobody else is having trouble with messaging? I need to tell Pinky if there is something wrong!

Hi Sarah

I'm not sure myself but I have wondered if there's been issues before with messaging on here. Probably because people didn't respond to my messages so either they just didn't reply or just didn't get the messages. The top left mark for messages sent and received stopped turning red in colour long time ago. In past I could always see I had messages because of the little red circle in upper top left part of page.

Might be worth investigating

Also..

Whilst I've got your attention Sarah...

I'm just to swap everything over to a new phone and so will loose my usual set up links/icons. Question is..once Im on my new phone how to I find this forum again? Do I need an email invite from you again( seeing as my emails will be safe and transfered) or a link and password again? It was so long ago I joined I can't remember how nor any possible password used!

I obviously don't want to loose this forum and connection.

Please advice if poss and/or even try to personal message me on here re this issue of mine and we can test out too if messages work.

Kiki

Well I have recently bought a new phone and I just typed in the cpnhelp address and there it was, not knowing which phone or computer I was looking at it from.

Just remember your password and the site address and all will be there.

As for the little thing that turns red  if you have a message,  I was a bit worried a few weeks ago because it had been black for so long but then it turned red when I got a question. I should know by now that summer is the  quiet season site-wise.

Oh Kiki, what are we going to do with you! Well, I logged out to see and apparently you can reset your password if you wait to get instructions from the site, so long as you still use the same email address, which I think you do.

Haha! It says something that you managed to work it all out! When I first started the treatment I was getting to think that I wouldn't be able to carry on doing the VAT accounts forthe Violin Shop anymore, but by the time the next quarter came around, I was able to, so if you were able to sort out your password change, I reckon you are likewise improving.
