Food and infections

Body

Hi all, I got some private messages if I am still alive (you can see my story in the Patient stories as http://cpnhelp.org/a_young_woman_comes_back_) . I am spending no more time here, so it may seem that I have died already because of the CAP treatment as many doctors predicted :)

So beacause many years passed and many things happend in my life, I would like to share something what I see very important for all of us.

Because of the illness and experiences with the medical system, doctors,... I changed my priorities and was reading a lot about health, life etc. And because I am a big animal lover, I went vegetarian after the CAP and after approximately 3 years of being vegetarian I went vegan (6 years ago).

Even I felt very well in comparison with the situation before the CAP, I still had some infections (flu, cold, bleeding when cleaning my teeths,.... asthma, allergy,...) and all these troubles are already over. It took several weeks of being vegan till I felt that something was going on with me.

I am very sad I did not have all the information before, I am pretty sure that food is the key of our health and immune system. I am not writting it here to tell you to stop taking the antibiotics but I really want to tell you that if you do not change your life style (food) you will never be healthy. The CAP will maybe kill the bacteria but .... it will not heal you for 100%. At least change your food habbits in the same time with CAP, you will support your immune system.

If somenody is reading my post here, please, have a look at this videos. I am sure that you will understand what I wanted to tell you.

I wish all of you as much health as possible.
