NEWBIE- advice and experiences please! Protocol starting JAN 2019

Body

Hi all incl Sarah and David! I'm new to here. Just recently weeks ago I was diagnosed with intermittant relapsing MS. Seemingly it all started in 2006 with optic neuritis then 2011 with lower limbs tingly,/ numbness. I have been started on daily Copaxen injectitions. But with a severely disabled child Im struggling both physically and mentally. Please help with advice as to how where, who, how much etc to get started on Wheldon Way of treatment. I believe in going in for the underlying cause rather than just band aid stuff. Thank you! Kiki Bojanic

Comments

Yes, like most doctors!  Also, the very word 'bioresonance' somehow seems like a lot of money would be involved.  The cynic in me was trying to find out how much!

Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent.   Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.

Morning everyone,

Well, another week further on. I have done 5 full months of CAP and it's been the best thing ever. Thanks to everyone.

Can I ask for some advice please? I was just going to leap into this without accessing the experience and wisdom here, but then  thought... wait.

I finished my last pulse, the 3rd, 2 weeks ago. I've had no side effects, and I feel very well except for walking which seems to have got worse.
I'd like to start the next pulse tomorrow, rather than wait 10 days or so. I was going to stretch it to 7 days as well.
The logic here is that the sooner CPn is dead and gone, the sooner the recovery for walking.

What do you think, Sarah? Bo?

Thanks very much,
Lizzie

Elizabeth Anne

Dear Liz

please explain to me how you finished three to four pulses having started the CAP only in January? As i understand first three months only Doxi plus Azi or Roxi then the pulse begins one every month or was a pulse of metro done by you every two or three weeks? Two weeks clear then five days pulse? Was that your routine?

Sonal has just completed two months of the CAp so is a month away from pulsing.

Take care and keep in touch

Neena

I am 76 years old. My daughter-in-law was diagnosed with MS and we are all very keen for her to start this new antibiotic treatment. We hope to be able to do this in the next couple of weeks by finding a doctor willing to deal with any issues like reactions that may crop up. My daughter-in-law is 43 years old.

I have been an active poilitical journalist most of my life and have felt for a long time that there must be a cure out there for MS which the medical community has largely ignored. I am very excited by the Wheldon protocol.

Stand down everyone -- the information was there.
I've just re-read some of the old posts, so yes, from tomorrow I start Pulse 4 for 7 days.

I also ordered masses of Biotin from Ebay. I really, really, want to get back to walking!
Bye! I'm at work so have to keep this short.

xx Lizzie

Elizabeth Anne

Hi!  I'm hoping you will be walking shortly!

I also started my 4th Pulse today (after only two weeks)... I was feeling very good, and just decided to try it.

Sending some sunshine.... 98F today... and we're just warming up here!

56 y.o. with possible dual diagnoses that I am working to confirm this year: Ankylosing Spondylitis and Scleroderma, and minor Psoriasis.

great Lizzie

good luck with your fourth pulse. Yes sooner the bigs are dead the better. Tell us -- we are all excited -- when your walking improves. But sometime back you did say your partner/husband had remarked that your walking was improved.

Hi Neena,

Thanks. Yes, the walking had improved - my husband thought - but then it got worse. I'm not too worried, though it was really disappointing...
I will keep everyone updated. The brain power continues to expand, which is terrific.
I ordered yesterday a 5-month supply of Biotin max dosage. I'm going to up it to 20 mg a day. I had been trialling at 2 mg a day - no effect.

Onwards!

Cheers,
Lizzie

Lizzie, The problem is, the effects of pulsing are cumulative. Some people do the first couple just fine and then, wham, they get a full-out slam to the system. Be VIGILANT and stop the pulse if you get any inkling it's going poorly. It will still take a couple of days to purge the drugs from your system and longer than that to purge the crud that killing the cpn leaves you with. Lots of water, lots of antioxidants, are key and maybe a 'mopper', like charcoal, to bind the dead cpn and debris, to keep it from recycling through your system.

The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world’s problems. Mohandas Gandhi

Hi MacKintosh!

What you're just saying makes SUCH sense to me now. Post 3rd pulse disabled me far more. Currently Im taking it easier, drinking plenty and gave charcoal a miss for last 2 days to see whether I improved to a manageable state. I have tho no idea why yet. Won't do start of 4th pulse til when planned ie 1 month tween pulses. And then I'll take it day by day and observe. Poss that the charcoal intensified all too much for my body?! Just having a short break from it for now.

Kiki

Kiki, you are always better taking things to clean out the gunge. I didn't get on particularly well with charcoal, so took yaeyama chlorella instead, about eight to ten tablets a day, which suited me better.  This also has the advantage of being able to take it at any time, but apparently it doesn't suit some people.  Any probotics and antioxidants that you can lay hands on will also help.

Also, make sure that it is activated charcoal and not just the stuff you get in charcoal biscuits, to help digestion.

Hi Sarah

I'm back on the charcoal and it's deffo the activated ones. My fault may have laid in me not doing them at all for all those months prior to pulse and not even around 1st one ( can't quite remember when I started them). Poss my system OD on die-off Cpn debris with the 3rd pulse?

I'm better now but more aware of my vulnerable state so approach all goings on  in my life with more tenderness and calm now. Which in all honestly has been a positive outcome.

Kiki

Kiki, I'm very glad to hear that. There are some people doing this totally alone: I've no idea how they manage.

Dear Kiki

hope you are good and feeling less depressed than a few days ago. I am sure things will begin lookinmg up very soon. After all, you are already more than five months into the protocol. It is bound to show something positive soon.

Dear Kiki

hope you are out of your depression and have gotten over your last pulse. Keep it up but take it easy. If the pulses wreak havoc on you t ake them easy maybe just three days at a time with a good gap of a month to help you recover. D o post a word. We all get worried.

Cheers

Dear Neena and Lizzie

No worries re me! I plod along but have had quite some issues at home to sort out and re plus organise about chilcare, carer help, partners work away, new car delivery and old car gearbox blowing up on me whilst on road myself. More than any depression last few weeks have been about overwhelming rubbish dumped on me at a time where I am the weakest and having thought I'd prepped enough to not have to deal with all these extra loads.

Im somewhat on clearer route now sans debris!

About to do pulse this week so will start slow and monitor myself as last one deffo hit me harder than earlier ones.

Love to yous all for caring and sending love my way. It deffo feels good to know this my virtual community cares💖💖💖

Kiki

Dear kiki

so good to hear from you. I suppose there are good days bad days for everyone even those not struggling with a major health issue.

and look at the positive side. You found this protocol soon after you were diagnosed. That's a big plus point. In our case Sonal went downhill steadily ever since diagnosis in 2012 . Even so lucky we found it now even if at rarer late stage.

time will fly and you will soo start seeing improvements. Do drop a line now and then. It cheers everyone to know all members of community are fine

Hah, I wondered what I was going to see when I opened this thread! Good luck Kiki!

Day 3 and I'm gently walking the path of pulse 4. I could feel the aggro me monster already on day 2 but I make sure to do minimum, have plenty lie down rests, drink loads of water, make sure I eat properly and not skip meals and take all my supplements. I've realised the pulse affects me both physically ( much weaker left side since day 2), emotionally and spiritually so I tread with care day by day. Take all my meds etc as per normal during day but changed times for Tini dose to have after dinner now. 2 hrs later I take a dbl dose of activated charcoal before going to bed. I thought to dbl dose the charcoal for when pulsing only so as to lighten my system from die offs.

So far so...🙏🤞💖

Kiki

Great gentle does it.

Hi Everyone,

Update from me. The latest pulse passed through without much drama, though I did feel like I was car sick, still do a bit. So no big deal.

My walking has been strange. I’m in Spain for a week, and I was walking limp-free around the airport on the way here, and when we arrived. Not quite skipping, but close. Those airports are vast.  Since then though, sigh, it’s been bad.  We left on Monday, 2 days ago.

Still! My Spanish language is coming on leaps and bounds. All's well.

I met a lovely MSer last week and showed her the video and the site. She was blown away like I was when I saw it. I hope she joins.

Adios, amigos!

Lizzie

hi liz

great news. Walking improved even for a bit was great. I am sure it starts like that just as when MS hits you sometimes you lose balance not always. On your path to recovery!

I'm so happy your walking is improving and you are almost skipping (I see you walking through the airport with a lilt in your step)!

These days, like you, I am happy to be upright and moving forward.  I do morning hikes if I can get up early enough to beat the heat.

Thanks for sharing...Con vaya dios!

Day 5 of 4th pulse and I made it fine!

Weaker feeling but not as bad as last pulse. Knowing what to expect and drinking lots, eating proper meals, double dosing activated charcoal, taking Tini on other occasion after evening meal and lots rest with minimum output of work/chores did me good. I even had day 4 as a write off "lazy day" spent mainly horizontal. I've got this now😁 I've also decided to forgo pushing pulse for extra days as 5 days seems good enough and enjoy a 3 week break til pulse 5.

Now a weekend of family altogether!

On a positive- I've felt super sharp in mind and engaged to a detail this week and so made some very smart and coherant decision and actions with regards to quite a few important goings on in our lives at the moment. No one beat me down in argument or discussions! And this was good as well as seeing more of my usual self in dealings!👊💪🙏😁
