Dirty Work has been gong on!

Body

Does anyone know anything about this, from ThisisMS?

I knew nothing about it and nobody at ThisisMS ever replied to me.

clarification, from NHE's 2017 post linked above

Several years ago there was a small group of cpn help dot org members that were abusively posting links to their site and trying to redirect every new member at ThisIsMS to their own site. They were asked to stop spamming the forums with links to their site, but failed to do so. As such, links to cpn help dot org are no longer allowed.

Comments

We knew links to cpnhelp were not allowed. Remember, we were simply typing in things like " google cpnhelp dot org" to direct people here.

At the time, as I recall (and it's been several years now), you were in conversations with the site runner (was it Tim?) about cpnhelp 'competing' with ThisIsMs, so not linking to cpnhelp was the compromise, though we weren't limited from posting there.

I think whoever MHE is, they're just anti cpnhelp, so not commenting in the most flattering manner.

Yes, I had come to that conclusion myself: NHE and others just don't like us and will say anything about us.  No matter: I have posted there that cpnhelp can be found via my website, which they can't alter, or I make an address of this site using tinyurl, which they can't change either!

I only go there now to collect any strays who really should be here, and to see the latest news about Lemtrada or Campath as was: nothing since October last year!

By the way Pat, Pinky and I are going through all the pages in the top banner of cpnhelp.org and rewriting them in full html. The reason is that they will eventually get seen easier by the Google bots: I always write my site in full html and it always gets picked up within a few days.

We must be getting SOME coverage on google, as people are still finding us, even without a presence on the ThisIsMS page.

Oh, we are! Older stuff though, but now that we have modernised the html, things should get better!
