New Burrascano

There are more forms of bartonella than quintana and henselae.

These ones haven't even been named yet. I have one.

Dr. Burrascano is also ahead of his time.

Listen to him.

I sound hypnotized but I'm not.Just looking  and listening.

diagnosed MS Jan.2000 ,  chronic neurological lyme disease Nov.2002.doxy 100 mg. 1BID. roxy.150 mg.? BID,adding rifampin soon, pulsed tini. every 3 weeks, as of oct.17/08, rifampin, naltrexone (LDN),NAC, nystatin, major wheldon supplemrnts daily,

This is an excellent resource. I wish he had included Cpn as one of the co-infections, perhaps folks here from with Lyme's co-infection can add that to his repertoire.

Hi Jim~   I think the lyme doctors are SLOWLY becoming aware of other pathogens besides tick borne ones.  For instance, Dr. B has noted some of the viruses (HHV-6 and EBV) as co-infections to look for.  He mentions them more in these newest guidelines than in the older ones.  My guess is that Cpn will be part of the next guidelines he releases.  I can assure you, when I'm on the lyme and HHV-6 web forums, I am suggesting that people get tested for EVERYTHING (including Cpn).   Just like when I'm on this site I suggest testing for the viruses.

You don't want to overlook any pathogen!
