Well I would love to have Turkish coffee everyday however it exacerbates my prostatitis and ic symptoms.

Still I firmly belive it has god health benefits such in the article unless you consume it like water.

Darren, I agree with you about the benefits of coffee, but I am not sure how much benefit one gets from instant coffee, no matter how many cups are drunk per day.  Not much, I would think! We have one or two cups of freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee in the morning, which I am sure that even with it's comparitive mildness, is better for you than half a dozen cups of Gold Blend or any amount of Tesco decaffeinated!.....................Sarah

I agree totally with you Sarah. Years ago if I drank a cup of coffee even the jarred coffee I would get anxiety and the jitters. I stayed away from drinking coffee. I now buy coffee beans, ground them down and brew them and drink two cups per day. No effect whatsoever other than really enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning without milk of course as it should be drunk (-:

The Greatest Risk of all is Not taking the Risk...

Hi there,

Has anyone tried the ketogenic "bullet proof" coffee?  I'm not quite up to that but I do add coconut oil, full fat coconut milk and cinnamon to my morning brew.

DELICIOUS!

Healthygal, I have just read up on it on Wikipedia and I think it is nothing more than yet another fad diet.  I'll stick with our coffee ground from Ethiopian coffee beans.....................Sarah
