Chlamydia pneumoniae and Alzheimer

Salut,Je sais que Chlamydia pneumoniae peut augmenter le risque d'avoir Maladie d'Alzheimer.Comment pouvons-nous être sûrs que nous n'avons pas commencé la maladie d'Alzheimer?

I won't be commenting in French, though Sarah might... but if you search this site for Alzheimer's, you will find many references to the relationship between cpn and alzheimer's.  The search box is in the upper corner.

Sorry my smartphone translated in french but I'm wondering how we can be sure that we don't have Alzheimer despite Cpn infection ?

Oh , I am certain that I don't have alzheimer's: I had multiple sclerosis: I went down with it for the first time when I was 25, which is rather young for alzheimer's........................Sarah

Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MS in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent.   Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.

Of course none of us can be sure that we don't have Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's sets in long before anybody has the slightest clue. I think that we only find out when all our spare brain has been used up.

My mum is currently very ill with Alzheimer's and complications there of.

There is a lady that I heard of that successfully used this treatment protocol against MS. That has not prevented her being taken down by Alzheimer's.
