Bruising

I have always bruised fairly easy but now 3 months into protocol its a whole lot worse, my legs are covered in bruises and my arms have a few too.  Just wondering if its common to get this sort of bruising whilst going through the treatment especially in the early stages.

There is one large bruise on my leg which goes back to last October when I really banged my shins on a tub in my garden.  It still looks the same as if I have just done it.  All seems strange to me and not at all attractive but hope its nothing to worry about.

Like you I have been more prone to bruising than average & it's much worse since onset of Lyme.

Have you tried Arnica? Apply cream twice or 3 times daily, and/ or homoeopathic pilules/tabs work for normal bruising for everyone I know who's tried it. It's important to take as advised on the label, i.e. away from food, drinks, toothpaste. Usually 10 minutes gap either side is enough.

Equally effective, both orally & applied as early as possible is Rescue remedy.

It might seem like quakery, but I proved to my cynical self decades ago that both remedies have astonishingly good results. All that's required is an open mind. Whether it will be effective for old bruising I don't know. Worth a try?
