It has been some time since I have updated my blog so here goes.  What to say???, breath, wind me up &&& …. I have been disengaged on the site as I just haven’t had the mindset to handle the stress.  I apologize for this as I know that my support has made a difference to some.  I found myself reading the posts and was getting stressed out & frustrated with it all.

Happy New Year...........

HAPPY NEW BEERS!  NEW EARS!...

I just thought I would wish everyone a fabulous 2008 before the Troll Queen appears.  I am getting slammed by flagylating flagylated critters.  Sinuses, head, low back lotsa pain & my temp is all over the map, k k k kkkkk cold, Herpes I rearing its ugly head.  I finally hit the "you've over done it" wall last night.  I am upping the mopper uppers & have been experimenting with Chitosan.  It binds fat so don't take it when I take the primrose & omega 3.  It seems to be helping too.

It is snowing here & chilly out, but I will be in AZ in 2 weeks & hopefully riding out winter there.  I am so affected by the weather changes at 10 minute intervals here.

Dear Diary, day 3, pulse 4

....The Troll Queen has risen once again!  argghhhh  I was on the phone with my spouse & snapped at him, yoi vay!  It came right out of left field.

I have been walking on egg shells as I have progressed from 9 days ago, 80% of my body in a"rash" to the remaining rough scaley skin surfaces here & there.  My face is healing up nicely.  I have gone through lots of calamine, baking soda, epsom salts & an awesome aftersun cream that has alot of aloe & vitamin E.

was happy for a rash...

last nite.  I got these little red dots.  I have heard about them on the site so I was thinking YEAH getting to more bacteria kill.

Then the dots started connecting, lol.  This morning my face is pretty swollen up, I have a chin I didn't have before & my dimples (ok, the ones on my face) have disappeared!  (the cellulite dimples have not disappeared) I didn't sleep well having this rash in the back of my mind & scratching from time to time.

she's baaackk! The Troll Queen cometh..pulse #3

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, it's Halloween & how very appropriate to feel like the alien has captured my temple!

I really went out on a limb this time peeps.  Pulse #3 was 2 days of 2 pills 250 mg of Metro/Flagyl.  Yesterday was my second day & before going to bed I was actually entertaining adding a 3rd day, I was feeling pretty good for me.  I felt the flagyl was luring me, take more.  It was then I realised what happens when some over do it.  The flagyl MAKES YOU DO IT! Surprised

another small leap for Queen Troll....

here we go again!  last nite September 30, 2007, I got back home from God's work & back into my book The Irresistible Revolution by Shane Claiborne, it is difficult to put down; & I decided time for a pulse...#2.

I took 1 pill 375 mg flagyl & within a few hours I felt stabbing pain in my left knee.   So my body got busy & woke me up at 3: am.  Now this chronic insomniac is a little cranky from a lack of sleep......all hail the Troll Queen.

8-24-07 Well, here I am, relaxing after Anna the Anialator LTDI insurer hired physiotherapist beat me up bad.  My temp is 96.4 which is down 1.1 degree from my usual low of 97.5.  (this is with the thyroid meds)  I was there on Monday 20th for the first appointment, was tired, but not bad, Tuesday 21st was worse, but I figured OK to add the Metro/Flagyl 250 mg.  Within a few hours of taking it my tummy was upset.  I have had the abdominal cramping noted in my main blog so I do think the Cpn is there yet.  Wednesday 22nd, completely crashed; didn't sleep well & the post exertional distress hit me like a tonne of bricks.

with trepidation...

The other day I was thinking I should do an update to post some good news, & then some things hit the fan.

Anyway, I decided to report some good news.  Since I started taking the CAP I have had some improvements in my pain levels.  The frequent weather change pain still hits me & the FMS points are still painful on palpitation but not generally otherwise.  It is an important result I think as nothing else I have done has made this impact.

I think I have had a bit of improvement in the fog department too.  Having said that, I still get brain defoggled & mess things up; so up & down nevertheless.
