I just wanted to do a short post - I am doing much better. The diarrhea is gone completely and my FMS sx have receded quite a bit. Thank you all for the input and help- I really really appreciate the support. I plan to do the Vit C. flush tomorrow if it comes in the mail. Otherwise it will have to wait for several weeks as I am traveling.
I do have another question about one of my new sx which has emerged over the past week. On waking up in the morning, I feel like I have more energy and am more alert. However, around 1230 or so, I totally get mentally fogged up and start feeling physically fatigued. Once or twice emergen-c has helped, if I have rememberd to take it. Any ideas why I get fogged up all of a sudden and why emergen-c helped.
I need some advice and hope that y'all can help me out. I did my last Flagyl pulse in Jan and actually did not complete it fully because of diarrhea. I then recently decided to try Tini based on folks here recommending it because it has less of an impact on GI stuff. I took 2 tabs of 500mg Tini on Friday. Saturday morning I woke up feeling like a truck ran me over. I had major die-off sx that weekend and then Monday I ate some bad food and had really bad diarrhea all over again. This is despite taking 2g of Charcoal on Sunday and Monday. I've been feeling quite poorly after that - actually had quite a few of my FMS sx come back on Tues & Wed. Today was a bit better.
I'm wondering why I had such a strong reaction to such a small amount of Tini?
Between reading the material here on the website and the s/e of the Abx (heart-pounding, significant feelings of anxiety), I started feeling really overwhelmed and confused. I started wondering if I should change the protocol, adopt the pyruvate protocol, and so on. I think I drove myself crazy. Then I got swamped with work and decided I needed to take a break from reading about cpn obsessively and focus on work (gotta pay the bills :-)). I'm sorry I disappeared without responding to people's responses to my previous blog posts.
Would you know of any medical practitioners in the Idaho/E. washington area who are familiar with the CAP? My doctor is willing to prescribe the meds but does not agree with the protocol and so can't be of much help. Many thanks.
